In this series I have chosen to chart the body and her organs, tissues and fluids as a vital and poetic landscape, a series of nuanced bio-scapes that offer portals into the emergent, the imaginal and the sacred.

As you chart your body in this way the liminal dialogues of body and soul, soma and psyche, are kindled. These realms offer insight, depth and agency on the path of embodied awakening and incarnate sensibility. 

Each audio-transmission is accompanied by a transcription and a playlist so that you may explore language, metaphor, movement and meaning in your own time and in your own way.
